The Space Applications Centre (SAC), under the Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO), has announced a recruitment notification for the post of Junior Translation Officer (JTO). A total of 4 vacancies are available for various ISRO centres and the Indian Institute of Space Science and Technology (IIST). Essential Qualification ISRO SAC JTO Recruitment 2025
- Master’s degree in Hindi with English as a subject or medium of examination, OR
- Master’s degree in English with Hindi as a subject or medium of examination, OR
- Master’s degree in any subject (other than Hindi or English) with Hindi/English as a medium and the other language as a subject.
ISRO SAC JTO Recruitment 2025 Age Limit
Candidates must be between 18 and 35 years as of 13th October 2025. Age relaxation is applicable as per government rules.
Salary details ISRO SAC JTO Recruitment 2025
Level-6 Rs.35,400 to 1,12,400/-. Additional allowances such as DA, HRA, and transport allowance will be provided as per rules
Selection Process ISRO SAC JTO Recruitment 2025
The selection process consists of:
- Written Test (Objective and Descriptive)
- Skill Test (Precis Writing and Translation)
The written test carries 100 marks, and candidates must secure at least 60% to qualify. The skill test is qualifying in nature.
