Odisha Power Transmission Corporation Limited (OPTCL) has released the official notification Advt. No. MPP&R-08/2025-26 dated 04 February 2026 for the recruitment of Management Trainee (Civil), Management Trainee (Law), Junior Management Trainee (Civil), and Office Assistant Grade-III Trainee. Educational Qualification

Management Trainee (Civil)

• Degree in Civil Engineering with minimum 60% marks
• SC/ST candidates require 50% marks

Management Trainee (Law)

• Bachelor’s Degree in Law from a recognized institution

Junior Management Trainee (Civil)

• Diploma in Civil Engineering with 60% marks
• SC/ST candidates require 50% marks

Office Assistant Grade-III Trainee

• Bachelor’s Degree with minimum 60% marks
• SC/ST/PwBD candidates require 50% marks
• Must know Odia language
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Minimum Age: 21 Years
• Maximum Age: 32 Years

Salary Details

Management Trainee

• Training Stipend: ?50,000 per month
• After training: Assistant Manager (E-3 Grade)
• Pay Scale: ?56,100 – ?1,77,500

Junior Management Trainee

• Training Stipend: ?30,000 per month
• After training: Junior Manager (E-2 Grade)
• Pay Scale: ?44,900 – ?1,42,400

Office Assistant Grade-III

• Training Stipend: ?20,000 per month
• After training: Pay Scale ?29,300 – ?92,400
