Deputation from amongst the officers presently working under Kerala Government Departments with the following educational qualifications and working experience: I. Possessing B. Tech Degree in Civil Engineering from a reputed University II. Holding posts on regular basis in the cadre not below of Assistant Executive Engineer (Civil) in Kerala Government Departments having at least 10 years’ project/ field working experience in the Construction of Building/ Roads.
