SBU: Logistics Services | Grade: E2

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Air Import Customs Clearance operations
• Expertise in HS code classification, Bill of Entry filing on ICEGATE
• Coordinate with customers for shipment updates
• Lead a team of 10–15 staff
• Ensure timely billing, dispatch, cargo release
• Work with customs/logistics software
• Maintain strong documentation and communication standards

2?? Unit Head – Cold Chain

SBU: Cold Chain | Grade: E2

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee Store, Labour, and Transport Management
• Improve capacity utilization in coordination with Marketing
