Age: General Manager – (Material Management) 55 Years
Senior Manager (P&A)Â 50 Years
Pay scale : General Manager – (Material Management) Rs.100000- 260000/-
Senior Manager (P&A)Â Rs.80000- 220000/-
General Manager and Senior Manager Qualification & experience :
General Manager – (Material Management) : Full time Engineering Graduate with minimum55%marks fromrecognized University / Institute.
Experience : 18 years post qualification Candidate from PSU/government – at least 2 years in immediate lower scale; For Private sector candidate- Fixed Salary per month as per General Condition Clause 6.
Senior Manager (P&A)Â :Â Full Time recognized degree in any discipline and Full Time MBA (HR)/Post Graduate Degree / Diploma in Personnel / HR/ IR / Managementwith minimum 55% marks. Degree in Law would be an added advantage.
Experience : 14 years post qualification; Candidate from PSU/government – at least 2 years in immediate lower scale; For Private sector candidate- Fixed Salary per month as per General Condition Clause 6.
