Scale of Pay : Level 7 of the Pay Matrix (Rs.44900-142400)
Qualification required for the post of Nursing Officer
“(A) (i) B.Sc. (Hons) in Nursing from a recognized University or institute; or Regular Course in B.Sc. Nursing from a recognized University or institute; or Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing from recognized University or institute; (ii) Registered as a nurse or nurse and mid-wife with State Nursing Council. Or (B) (i) Diploma in General Nursing and Mid-wifery from a recognized Board or Council; (ii) Registered a nurse or nurse and mid-wife with State Nursing Council; and (iii) One year experience in minimum fifty bedded Hospital after acquiring the educational qualification.”

Written Examination :
The Written test will consists of 50 multiple choice questions to be completed in one hour.
The candidates who do not fulfill above criteria need not apply. Number of seats may vary without assigning any reason. Candidates who are seeking reservation benefit in the OBC category should submit a certificate as per DOPT O.M. No. 36033/1/2013-Estt.(Res.), dated 13.9.2017. Candidates who are seeking reservation benefit in the EWS category should submit an Income & Assets certificate to be produced by Economically Weaker Sections as per DOPT OM No. 36039/1/2019-Estt (Res) dated 31.01.2019.
