Jt. Manager (IT Operations)1Qualification: Degree in relevant IT or Computer fields.Certification: ITIL-4 needed (or get within 1 year).Experience: Minimum 5 years IT operations experience. Banking background preferred.
Assistant Manager (Software Developer)1Qualification: Degree in relevant IT or Computer fields.Certification: Oracle JAVA or .net (Mandatory or get within 1 year).Experience: Minimum 3 years development experience. Banking background preferred.
Assistant Manager (Software Application)1Qualification: Degree in relevant IT or Computer fields.Certification: Oracle JAVA or .net (Mandatory or get within 1 year).Experience: Minimum 3 years app development experience. Banking background preferred.
Assistant Manager (Digital Payments Channel)1Qualification: Degree in relevant IT or Computer fields.Certification: Oracle JAVA needed (or get within 1 year).Experience: Minimum 3 years digital payments experience. Banking background preferred.
Assistant Manager (Software Developer for Reports Generation)1Qualification: Degree in relevant IT or Computer fields.Certification: OCP 19C needed (or get within 1 year).Experience: Minimum 3 years report development. Banking or SQL or BI tools experience preferred.

Selection Process

  1. Selection is based on an interview. The Bank may conduct more than one interview if needed.
  2. Successful candidates must sign a bond to serve the Bank for 5 years.
  3. Leaving before 5 years requires paying Rs. 10 Lakh.
  4. There is a probation period of 6 months after joining.
