Selection Process
- Selection is based on an interview. The Bank may conduct more than one interview if needed.
- Successful candidates must sign a bond to serve the Bank for 5 years.
- Leaving before 5 years requires paying Rs. 10 Lakh.
- There is a probation period of 6 months after joining.
