Essential Qualification SBI Specialist Cadre Officers Recruitment

  • Manager (Credit Analyst) : Graduate (any discipline) AND MBA (Finance)/PGDBA/PGDBM/MMS (Finance) OR CA/CFA/ICWA
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years in corporate/high-value credit in a supervisory/management role in a Scheduled Commercial Bank/financial institution.
  • Skills: Balance sheet analysis, credit appraisal, credit monitoring.
  • Manager (Products – Digital Platforms) : B.E./B.Tech in IT/Computers/Electronics/Electrical/Instrumentation OR MCA with minimum 60% marks. MBA preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years in Digital Payments/FinTech/FASTag/CRM/Risk Management.
  • Skills: Digital payment systems, communication, problem-solving, MS Excel proficiency.

Deputy Manager (Products – Digital Platforms) : B.E./B.Tech in IT/Computers/Electronics/Electrical/Instrumentation OR MCA with minimum 60% marks. MBA preferred.

  • Experience: Minimum 3 years in Digital Payments/FinTech/FASTag/CRM/Risk Management.
  • Skills: Similar to Manager (Products – Digital Platforms).

Selection Process SBI Specialist Cadre Officers Recruitment
