? Punjab and Sind Bank Recruitment 2025 – Overview
Graduation in any discipline (Full Time) from a recognized University/Institution. Preferred: Full Time MBA (Finance/Marketing)
Minimum 3 years of experience in Relationship/Credit Management, preferably in MSME Banking with a Scheduled Commercial Bank/NBFC/Financial Institution.
? Job Profile
Identify new business opportunities and conduct customer outreach programs for MSME products.
Achieve revenue, profitability, and business growth targets.
Deepen relationships with existing and potential MSME clients.
Conduct due diligence and credit analysis.
Cross-sell ancillary banking products.
Support branches in onboarding new MSME business accounts.
? Contract Terms
Initial engagement period: 3 years, renewable yearly based on performance (up to 5 years).
Either party may terminate the contract with one month’s notice or payment in lieu thereof.
Engagement is subject to medical fitness and document verification.
? Salary / Pay Scale
The compensation package will be finalized based on the candidate’s qualifications, experience, and suitability. Applicable GST and statutory deductions will be borne by the Bank as per norms.
? Probation Period
Selected candidates will be on probation for 6 months.
? Credit History Requirement
Candidates must maintain a healthy credit history and possess a minimum CIBIL score of 650 at the time of joining. The CIBIL report from the candidate’s bank account must be submitted during document verification.
