Pay Scale:

Fixed emolument:

Rs 19,500.00 (Rupees Nineteen Thousand and Five Hundred) only per month based on attendance including paid leave, holiday, if any.

Variable emolument:

Rs 750.00 (Rupees Seven Hundred and fifty) only per day for each working day.

Educational Qualifications:

Passed 10+2 in any stream from a Government Recognized Board/ University.  Passed Diploma in Auxiliary Nursing and Midwifery (ANM) from an institution recognized by Indian Nursing Council, Government of India.  Must have registered with the State Nursing Council.  Must have minimum 3.5 (Three & half) years post qualification relevant work experience as Nurse in a Government Hospital or well-equipped private hospital of repute. OR Passed 10+2 in any stream from a Government Recognized Board/ University. Passed Diploma in General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM) from an institution recognized by Indian Nursing Council, Government of India.  Must have registered with the State Nursing Council. Must have minimum 02 (Two) years post qualification relevant work experience as Nurse in a Government Hospital or well-equipped private hospital of repute.

Oil India Limited Period of Contractual Engagement:

The engagement will be purely on a contractual basis only. The initial period of the above contractual engagement will be for 06 (Six) months only. Further, the period of above contractual engagement may be extendable after requisite interval for subsequent period of 06 (Six) months as applicable only depending on the departmental requirement, job performance, conduct, physical fitness etc., as applicable. The total period of above contractual engagement(s) is as under: Total period of contractual engagement will be maximum 12 (Twelve) months only.
