Educational Qualification (For All Posts)

• Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized University/Institute.

Experience Requirements

Experience should be in implementation of infrastructure sector projects including:

• Highways
• Roads (major district roads & above)
• Bridges
• Tunnels
• Runways
• Building infrastructure

Equivalent private sector experience of appropriate level is also acceptable.

NHIDCL Age Relaxation

• SC/ST: 5 years
• OBC-NCL: 3 years
• PwBD (UR/EWS): 10 years
• PwBD (OBC): 13 years
• PwBD (SC/ST): 15 years
• Ex-servicemen: 5 years (as per rules)

NHIDCL Selection Process 2025

NHIDCL follows a two-stage recruitment process:

Stage 1: Eligibility Test (MCQ Based)

Covers:

• General Awareness
• Analytical Ability
• Logical Reasoning
• Aptitude

(Candidates with 5+ years of NHIDCL experience are exempted.)

Stage 2: Selection Test

1. Specific Written Test (technical/domain knowledge)
2. Personal Interview

Final selection will be based on NHIDCL Cadre Rules 2025.

• Probation: 6 months (extendable up to another 6 months).
