NHIDCL Recruitment 2025 Notification Out for Manager and General Manager Posts – Apply Online

The National Highways & Infrastructure Development Corporation Limited (NHIDCL), a CPSE under the Ministry of Road Transport & Highways, has released the Recruitment Notice No. 04/2025 for multiple Technical Cadre posts including Senior Manager, Deputy General Manager, General Manager, and Senior General Manager. Eligible Indian citizens and candidates from Nepal/Bhutan can apply online from 15 December 2025 to 13 January 2026.

NHIDCL is responsible for developing and maintaining key infrastructure in the North Eastern States, West Bengal, Andaman & Nicobar Islands, Uttarakhand, J&K, Ladakh, and Himachal Pradesh. This recruitment aims to induct experienced professionals for major infrastructure development projects such as roads, highways, tunnels, bridges, and runways.

2. Deputy General Manager (Technical) – E5 Grade (?80,000 – ?2,20,000)

Age Limit: Maximum 41 years

3. General Manager (Technical) – E6 Grade (?90,000 – ?2,40,000)

Educational Qualification (For All Posts)

• Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized University/Institute.

Experience Requirements

Experience should be in implementation of infrastructure sector projects including:

• Highways
• Roads (major district roads & above)
• Bridges
• Tunnels
• Runways
• Building infrastructure

Equivalent private sector experience of appropriate level is also acceptable.

NHIDCL Age Relaxation

• SC/ST: 5 years
• OBC-NCL: 3 years
• PwBD (UR/EWS): 10 years
• PwBD (OBC): 13 years
• PwBD (SC/ST): 15 years
• Ex-servicemen: 5 years (as per rules)

NHIDCL Selection Process 2025

NHIDCL follows a two-stage recruitment process:

Stage 1: Eligibility Test (MCQ Based)

Covers:

• General Awareness
• Analytical Ability
• Logical Reasoning
• Aptitude

(Candidates with 5+ years of NHIDCL experience are exempted.)

Stage 2: Selection Test

1. Specific Written Test (technical/domain knowledge)
2. Personal Interview

Final selection will be based on NHIDCL Cadre Rules 2025.

Travel Allowance (TA)

• Probation: 6 months (extendable up to another 6 months).
