? Superannuation Criteria

• Applicants must have superannuated between 31.12.2022 and 31.12.2025
• Employees superannuated before 31.12.2022 or after 31.12.2025 are not eligible

? Other Eligibility

• Eligibility conditions shall be governed by Coal India Limited Guidelines
• As per Office Order No. CIL/C-5B/MP & IR/Non-Ex./Guidelines/268 dated 12.10.2020

? Reservation Policy

• Reservation for SC / ST / OBC (NCL – Non-Creamy Layer) will be applicable as per Government of India rules
• Candidates claiming reservation must submit valid caste certificates issued by competent authority
• Reserved category candidates selected on merit will be adjusted against UR vacancies

? Selection Criteria

Selection will be based on performance assessment as per the following parameters:

1?? Physical Attendance – 15 Marks (3 Years)

Attendance includes official duty, training, tours, PME, VTC, etc.

2?? Annual Confidential Report (ACR) – 15 Marks (3 Years)

Data will be taken from official service records.

? Tie-Breaking Criteria

If two or more candidates score equal marks:

1. Higher ACR marks
2. Younger candidate
3. Junior in date of appointment

? Merit List

• Provisional merit panels will be prepared post-assessment
• Reservation rules will be applied as applicable
• Final selection subject to medical fitness

? Engagement, Tenure & Remuneration

• Initial engagement: 1 Year
• Extendable by another 1 Year
• Maximum engagement age: 65 Years
• Remuneration, leave, medical benefits, working hours, deductions etc. as per CIL Guidelines
• Engagement automatically ends after completion of tenure unless extended

? Medical Examination

• Engagement subject to being declared Medically Fit by Company Medical Board
• Medical Examination as per CIL rules
