Educational Qualification
- Civil: Degree in Civil / Architecture Engineering
- Mechanical: Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Electrical: Degree in Electrical / Power / Electrical & Electronics Engineering
- Chemical: Degree in Chemical Engineering or M.Tech in Applied Chemistry
- E&I: Degree in relevant Electronics, Instrumentation, or Control disciplines
Experience
- Minimum 8 years of executive-grade experience in relevant areas as on 02 February 2026.
- Experience must be direct employment (contract through agencies will not be considered).
- Candidates from Government/PSUs must have experience in the immediate lower pay scale.
- Private sector candidates must meet the comparable CTC of ?22.82 LPA.

- Upper Age Limit: 38 years as on 02/02/2026
- Age relaxations apply as per rules (maximum age including relaxations: 56 years).
Pay Scale & Compensation
- Pay Scale (E03): ?80,000 – ?2,20,000 (IDA Pattern)

Selection Process NALCO Manager Recruitment 2026
- Written Test / Computer-Based Test (CBT) – 85% weightage
- Personal Interview (PI) – 15% weightage
- Candidates will be shortlisted based on eligibility and experience.
- PI will be conducted in a 1:10 ratio based on CBT scores.
- Minimum qualifying marks:
- UR: 50%
- SC/ST/OBC (NCL)/UR-PwBD: 40%
