Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

• LDC & JSA: Must have passed Class XII from a recognized board.
• Driver: Must have passed Class X/ITI or equivalent from a recognized institution.

Departmental Service Requirement

• LDC & JSA:
  • Multi-Tasking Staff (MTS) with 8 years regular service + Class XII pass; OR
  • Skilled Contingency Staff with 12 years continuous service + Class XII pass.
• Driver:
  • Skilled contingency driver with 10 years service and Class X/ITI pass; OR
  • Handyman with 6 years service and Class X/ITI pass.
• General: Candidates must be Indian citizens and listed in the certified eligible list by the concerned Head of Department.

Age Limit

• LDC & JSA: Not more than 45 years (Up to 50 years for APST candidates) as of 25/02/2026.
• Driver: Age limit not applicable; eligibility as per departmental criteria.

Application Fee

Payment must be made online. Fees once paid will not be refunded.

Selection Process

For LDC & JSA

1. Written Test (200 marks): Objective questions covering General Awareness, Reasoning, Numerical Ability, English Language.
2. Skill Test: Typing test at 35 WPM (qualifying only).
3. Final Merit: Based on written exam marks only.

For Driver

1. Written Test (200 marks): Includes technical paper (100 marks).
2. Driving Test: Qualifying nature; valid driving license required.
3. Merit List: Written exam marks only.

There is no negative marking in the exam.
