Educational Qualification NALCO GET Recruitment

Candidates must possess a full-time regular Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/Technology with:

• 65% marks for UR / EWS / OBC (NCL)
• 55% marks for SC / ST / PwBD

Final-year students are also eligible, provided they meet the required percentage before the interview date.

Accepted Degrees:

• Mechanical: Mechanical Engineering
• Electrical: Electrical / Electrical & Electronics / Power Engineering
• Chemical: Chemical Engineering / M.Tech in Applied Chemistry

GATE Paper Requirement

Applicants must have appeared in GATE 2025 in the relevant paper:

Selection Process NALCO GET Recruitment

1. Shortlisting based on GATE 2025 marks
2. Personal Interview

Weightage:

• GATE 2025 Score: 90%
• Interview: 10%

Candidates will be shortlisted discipline-wise and category-wise in a 1:10 ratio for interviews.

Salary & Pay Scale NALCO GET Recruitment

• Training Period Pay Scale:
  ?40,000 – 3% – ?1,40,000
• Starting Basic Pay: ?40,000

After Training:

• Absorption as Assistant Manager (E1 Grade)
• Pay Scale: ?60,000 – 3% – ?1,80,000
