Name of the Post: Fleet Manager (Maintenance)

Qualification a) Degree/ Diploma in Engineering in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Electronics/ Naval Architecture b) MEO Class 1 or Master Certificate (FG) Experience Minimum 12 years (after acquiring Degree/Diploma) of shipyard experience or Operation & Maintenance experience on Board Ships

Name of the Post Manager (HR)

Qualification Full Time regular graduation in any discipline and with Full time regular Post graduate degree / diploma in Management with specialization in HR/ Personnel Management/ Industrial Relations/ Labour Management / Organizational Development/ etc., from recognized Institutes / Universities [with necessary documentary proof for equivalent to MBA]

Name of the Post Manager (Procurement)

Qualification B.E./ B. Tech/ B.Sc. (Engg.) in any branch Engineering from a recognized university/ Institute. Experience Minimum 5 years post qualification experience in tendering/procurement and/or contract management in Public Sector Undertakings or in large and reputed Private Companies (minimum annual turnover of Rs.75 crores).

Name of the Post Engineer (Electrical)

Qualification B.E./ B. Tech/ B.Sc. (Engg.) in Electrical/ Electrical & Electronics Engineering from a recognized university/ Institute. Experience Minimum 3 years post qualification experience in Electrical field in a Boat/Ships/Shipyard
