Hospitality Monitors will be responsible for:

  • Monitoring food production, quality, hygiene, service standards
  • Managing mobile/static catering units
  • Ensuring men & material planning
  • Handling customer/passenger complaints
  • Collecting & analysing feedback
  • Supervising staff & maintaining equipment
  • Ensuring statutory compliance
  • Coordinating with IRCTC departments & partners
  • Any other duty assigned by IRCTC

? General Conditions (Important Points)

  • Purely contractual job; no claim for regular employment.
  • Contract can be terminated by 1-month notice (or 15 days for poor performance).
  • Only Indian nationals eligible.
  • Government/PSU employees must bring NOC/Relieving Letter.
  • Furnishing any false information leads to cancellation.
  • Selected candidates must deposit ?25,000 Security Deposit (DD, Kolkata)
  • No TA/DA for attending interview.
