Hospitality Monitors will be responsible for:
- Monitoring food production, quality, hygiene, service standards
- Managing mobile/static catering units
- Ensuring men & material planning

- Supervising staff & maintaining equipment
- Ensuring statutory compliance
- Coordinating with IRCTC departments & partners
