The Science Communicator will play a key role in transforming complex research and scientific findings into simple, engaging, and impactful narratives for public and institutional outreach. The position focuses on enhancing IIT Guwahati’s visibility through effective communication, storytelling, and collaboration with researchers and media professionals.
? Educational Qualification
- Master’s Degree in Science / Engineering / Design from a recognized university or institution.
- Basic knowledge in Data Science is desirable.
- Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills.
- Experience in science writing, storytelling, or multimedia content creation is essential.
? Experience Required
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the relevant field.
- Strong ability to simplify complex research concepts for general audiences.

? Remuneration
- ?50,000 – ?70,000 per month, depending on experience and academic qualifications.
