Manager (Grade B)Postgraduate degree / diploma in any discipline / Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB) / BA+LLB (5 year) / Chartered Accountant (CA) / Company Secretary (CS) / Certified Management Accountant (CMA/ ICWA) / B. Tech / B.E.
Minimum Experience: 2 years in related areas in Financial sector/ Banks/ Financial Institutions/ PSUs/ reputed corporates and overall experience of minimum 7 years in the officer/executive cadre OR in same grade or a grade below in another Financial Institution/Bank/PSU.
Area of Experience: Preference will be given to candidates having relevant work experience in banking and finance industry / Infrastructure sector.

Selection Process

StepsProcess
Phase IOnline Exam: Tests on Reasoning, Quant, English, Current Affairs, Domain Knowledge. 120 mins, 200 marks.
Phase IIInterview: Technical & Behavioural, 100 marks. 40:60 weightage.
Final SelectionMerit list: Phase I + Phase II marks.

  3. Get Registration Number/Password via email/SMS.
  4. “SAVE AND NEXT” to save/verify.
  5. Verify details before “COMPLETE REGISTRATION”.
  6. Spell names correctly.
  7. Validate and save.
  8. Upload photo, signature, thumb impression, declaration.
  9. Preview application.
  10. Complete registration after verification.
