• Minimum 3 years experience in operating Material Handling Equipment (MHE)

• Proficiency in Hindi/Bengali

Salary & Benefits HCSL Recruitment

• Consolidated Pay: ?23,300/- per month for candidates with minimum 3 years of experience
• Extra Hours Compensation: Up to ?5,830/- per month
• Higher pay may be offered for additional relevant experience after technical committee review

Selection Process HCSL Recruitment

The selection will be conducted in two phases:

Phase I: Objective Type Test (30 Marks)

• Duration: 35 minutes
• Total Questions: 30 MCQs
  • Part A: General Knowledge – 10 marks
  • Part B: Trade Related – 20 marks
• No negative marking
• Minimum qualifying marks: 50% for UR

Phase II: Practical Test (70 Marks)

• Held at Hooghly CSL, Howrah
• Graded performance converted into marks

Final merit list will be prepared based on total marks (100).
