Important Notes for Selected Candidates

1. The candidature is purely provisional and subject to verification of original documents including:
   • Qualification certificates
   • MCI registration
   • MBBS/PG certificates
   • Experience certificates
   • Age proof
   • Caste/category certificate
   • NOC (if applicable)
   • Medical examination at the time of joining
2. The tenure of residency (03 years) will be reduced by the period of any previous service rendered as Senior Resident on ad-hoc or regular basis in any government institution.
3. If a candidate fails to produce original documents during verification, his/her candidature will be cancelled immediately.
4. The recruitment is purely contractual; selected candidates will have no claim for regularization in ESIC services.
5. OBC candidates must submit the latest OBC certificate in the prescribed format (Annexure–A) along with a declaration form (Annexure–B) during document verification.
6. While utmost care has been taken in preparing the result, the Medical Superintendent, ESIC Model Hospital, Bapunagar, Ahmedabad, reserves the right to rectify errors/omissions or cancel the entire result without assigning any reason.
7. A waiting list of candidates will be issued in due course.
