Preferred: CISM/ CRISC/ CISSP/ CISA.Experience:7 years in BFSI (officer level), 4 years in IS Audit. |
| Finance & Accounts (FAD) (Deputy General Manager – Grade D) | Education:CA / ICWA / MBA (Finance).Experience:10 years in BFSI (officer level), 7 years in relevant role. |
| IT & MIS – Various* (Manager – Grade B) | Education:Graduate (CS/ IT/ Electronics/ E&TC) OR MCA. Preferred: PG (60% marks). Desirable: Certs (OCP/ Data Analytics/ SAS/ Python/ PM/ IT Domain).Experience:4 years in BFSI/ FinTech/ IT Org (officer). 2 years in related area*.*Areas: Finacle Core, Digital App, AI/ ML, Data Science, Full Stack Dev, Data Warehouse, Network Solutions, Cloud Mgmt. |
Selection Process
- Preliminary Screening: Applications checked for basic eligibility like age education experience.
- Shortlisting: Based on qualification experience and suitability Bank will call limited candidates.
- Selection Stage: Shortlisted candidates called for Group Discussion (GD) and or Personal Interview (PI).
- Final Selection: Based on performance in GD PI eligibility verification medical fitness and background checks.
