• Senior Secondary (or equivalent) with at least 50% marks and 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed) OR
• Senior Secondary (or equivalent) with at least 45% marks and 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education (as per NCTE norms) OR
• Senior Secondary (or equivalent) with at least 50% marks and 4-year Bachelor of Elementary Education (B.El.Ed) OR
• Senior Secondary (or equivalent) with at least 50% marks and 2-year Diploma in Education (Special Education) OR
• Graduation and 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education
• Must have passed Hindi/Urdu/Punjabi/English as a subject at Secondary level
• Must have qualified CTET conducted by CBSE

Selection Process DSSSB AssistantTeacher(Primary) Recruitment

The selection process for DSSSB Primary Teacher PRT Recruitment 2025 consists of a One Tier Examination (Computer Based Test). The exam will be of 200 marks with 200 MCQs. The syllabus includes:

• Section A: General Intelligence, General Awareness, Arithmetical & Numerical Ability, English & Hindi Comprehension (100 marks)
• Section B: Teaching Methodology & NCTE Curriculum (100 marks)
