For B.E. / B.Tech Candidates:
- First Division in relevant discipline
- Valid NET or GATE score is mandatory
For M.E. / M.Tech Candidates:
- First Division in both Graduation and Post-Graduation
- Degree and PG must be in the same discipline
? JRF Salary / Fellowship Amount
- ?37,000 per month
- Plus House Rent Allowance (HRA) as per DRDO rules
- Initially for 2 years, extendable as per norms
