Age :21 to 35 years
Pay scale :Consultant/Data Analyst  Rs.59000/-per month
Junior Consultant  Rs.44,000/-per month

Consultant/Data Analyst and Junior Consultant Qualification & experience :

Consultant/Data Analyst  : Possess a full-time Master’s Degree in Mathematics/Statistics/Economics(MA/MSc) from a UGC recognized University                  OR ? Graduate Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or BE/B.Tech (IT/Computer) from a recognized Institutes  AND
? Should have good knowledge of MS-Office (MS word, MS excel etc.) & Statistical Software.      Experience ? Five years of work experience as Consultant/Research Assistant /Data Analyst. Post-qualification experience in reputed Government/Private Organization/PSU in the following mentioned fiels: a) Should have worked with issues of development of Web based Monitoring Tool, Management of Database and Implement of data based Application & Web portals. b) Data Capture, Analysis, Management, Reporting and Performance Monitoring. c) Developing / Modifying MIS Systems and other software d) Content development/Report writing and designing. ? The Candidate should have strong analytical skill with thorough and excellent working knowledge of computers and Information technology. ? Good Presentation Skill and strong written and oral communication skill.
Junior Consultant  :  Possess a full-time Bachelor’s Degree in          Mathematics/Statistics/Economics/Social Science from a UGC recognized University          OR ? Graduate Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or BE/B.Tech (IT/Computer) from a recognized Institutes AND ? Should have good knowledge of MS-Office (MS word, MS excel etc.) & Statistical Software Experience ? 0-2 years of work experience on similar post in reputed Government/Private Organization/PSU in the following mentioned fiels: a) Data Capture, Analysis, Management, Reporting and Performance Monitoring.  b)  Developing / Modifying MIS Systems and other                      software  c)   Content development/Report writing and designing. ?    The Candidate should have strong analytical skill with thorough and excellent working knowledge of computers and Information technology. ? Good Presentation Skill and strong written and oral communication skill.

Consultant/Data Analyst and Junior Consultant Selection Process :    

The Selection Process will be based on Written Test/Interview.
