? Educational Qualification & Experience

Essential Qualification

• Graduate in Commerce/Finance from a recognized university.
• Knowledge of Tally ERP 9.0 is mandatory.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Desirable Qualification

• Experience in PFMS (Public Financial Management System).
• Fluency in English and Hindi; knowledge of Assamese preferred.

Experience Required

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a similar profile in any Govt./Semi-Govt./Reputed organization.
• Preference will be given to candidates with experience in World Bank or other externally aided projects.

?? Key Job Responsibilities

• Maintain all accounting and financial records using Tally software.
• Assist the Finance Management Specialist in audits, statutory compliance, and reporting.
• Prepare Quarterly Interim Unaudited Financial Reports (IUFR) and Annual Financial Statements.
• Ensure regular internal financial checks and assist in audit compliance.
• Support project-related financial monitoring and World Bank documentation.
• Conduct periodic field visits and random checks of project sites.

? Duration of Contract

• The engagement is for one year, extendable based on performance and project requirements.
• The consultant will be based full-time in Guwahati and must be willing to travel across Assam for project-related work.

3. Candidates will have to deliver a 10-minute presentation on a case study related to procurement experience, followed by a 10-minute interactive session.
