Important Instructions for Candidates

1. Mandatory Acceptance of Allocated Seat

Candidates must log in to the NORCET portal ? My Page ? Choose ACCEPT the allocated institute.

Not accepting the seat within the deadline will be treated as refusal, and the candidature will be cancelled.

2. Reporting to the Allocated Institute

After accepting, candidates must report physically/online (as instructed by the respective institute).
If a candidate does not join within the stipulated schedule, their seat will be cancelled.

3. Required Documents for Upload (e-Dossier)

The following documents must be uploaded between 18–25 November 2025:

• Date of Birth Proof / Class 10 Certificate
• Nursing Qualification Certificate (Degree/Diploma/Provisional)
• Date of Result Declaration
• Registration Certificate (State/Indian Nursing Council) – Grade A
• Experience Certificate (for GNM candidates with hospital bed count & duration)
• NOC for government employees
• PWBD certificate (if applicable)
• Government-issued ID proof
• Address proof (Voter ID / Ration Card / Electricity Bill, etc.)
• Standard Declaration (Form A)

Candidates who fail to provide valid OBC/EWS/SC/ST/PWBD certificates will have their candidature cancelled.

4. Document Verification

Participating institutions will verify all certificates.
Any mismatch or false information will result in withdrawal of candidature.

Verification may be done online or offline as per institute rules.

5. No Waiting List or Further Rounds

AIIMS has confirmed that there will be no additional rounds or waiting lists after this provisional allocation.
