Essential Qualification Tenure Based CPW Personnel Recruitment

• Candidates must have passed 10th Grade (Matriculation).
• Must possess a National Apprentice Certificate (NAC) or National Trade Certificate (NTC).
• This certificate should be in one of the specified trades issued by NCVT.
• Experience in Ordnance Factories is desirable.

Tenure Based CPW Personnel Recruitment Age Limit

• 18-40 Years
• Age relaxation is applicable for reserved categories. SC/ST candidates get a 5 year relaxation and OBC candidates get a 3 year relaxation.

Salary details Tenure Based CPW Personnel Recruitment

Rs. 19,900 + DA

Selection Process Tenure Based CPW Personnel Recruitment

1. The selection will be based on marks in the NCTVT exam and a Trade Test/Practical Test.
2. Weightage for the NCTVT exam is 80% and for the Trade Test is 20%.
3. A merit list will be prepared based on the combined marks.
4. Shortlisted candidates will be called for Document Verification.
