Essential Qualification WBPDCL Overman and Mining Sirdar Recruitment

• Overman: Diploma in Mining Engineering with a valid Overman’s Certificate of Competency from DGMS + 1 year of post-qualification experience in a coal mine.
• Mining Sirdar: Diploma in Mining Engineering with a valid Mining Sirdar Certificate of Competency from DGMS + 2 years of experience.

WBPDCL Overman and Mining Sirdar Recruitment Age Limit (as on 01/09/2025)

Candidates’ maximum age should not be more than 32 years for the Unreserved category. Age relaxation is applicable for reserved categories as per Government norms.

• Maximum Age for UR: 32 years

Salary details WBPDCL Overman and Mining Sirdar Recruitment

The selected candidates will receive a consolidated monthly remuneration with additional allowances.

• Overman: Rs. 41,000/- + HRA + Mines Allowance
• Mining Sirdar: Rs. 27,000/- + HRA + Mines Allowance

The selection of the eligible candidates will be done through a single stage.

• Stage 1- Personal Interview (100% weightage)

The final merit list will be prepared based on the interview score.
