- Print the submitted application form.
- Sign the printed form and paste a recent passport size photograph.
- Attach self attested copies of all required documents.
- Send the signed form with photo and documents by Registered or Speed Post to Sr Controller of Administration CSIR Indian Institute of Petroleum P.O IIP Mohkampur Haridwar Road Dehradun 248005 Uttarakhand.
