Educational Qualification

Experience & Eligibility Criteria

Manager

• Minimum 5 years of banking experience
• Must be in the cadre of Assistant Manager or above

Senior Manager

• Minimum 8 years of banking experience
• At least 4 years in a managerial cadre, in the rank of Manager

Assistant Vice President (AVP)

• Minimum 10 years of banking experience
• At least 6 years in a managerial cadre
• Must include 2 years as Senior Manager or equivalent

Roles & Responsibilities of TMB Branch Head

Selected candidates will be responsible for:

• Driving growth in CASA, retail deposits, advances, and fee-based income
• Developing MSME, retail loan portfolios, and cross-selling (Insurance, Mutual Funds, etc.)
• Building strong customer relationships and improving market share
• Monitoring local market trends and competitor activities
• Leading and motivating branch staff to achieve business targets
