Educational Qualification THDC Apprentice Recruitment
- Must have passed 10th (Matriculation) and ITI in the relevant trade
- ITI must be completed as a regular candidate from a recognized institute
- Year of passing: 2023 or later
- Minimum Marks:
- General / EWS / OBC (NCL): 60%
- SC / ST: 55%
THDC Apprentice Recruitment Age Limit (as on 31.01.2026)
- Minimum Age: 18 years
- Maximum Age:
- General / EWS: 30 years
- OBC (NCL): 33 years
- SC / ST: 35 years
- PwD (40% disability or more): Additional 10 years relaxation
Reservation & Preference
- Reservation for SC/ST as per Apprentices Act, 1961
- Reservation for OBC and PwD as per Uttarakhand Government norms
- Preference will be given to candidates from Tehri, Koteshwar, and Pipalkoti Project Affected Areas
- Only Uttarakhand domiciles are eligible
Selection Process THDC Apprentice Recruitment
- No written test or interview
- Selection will be based on merit (ITI marks)
- In case of a tie, older candidate will be given preference
Apprenticeship Duration & Stipend
- Training Duration: 1 Year
- Stipend: As per Apprentices Act, 1961 and Apprenticeship Rules (Amended 2025)
