TCIL Recruitment 2025 for BSWAN 3.0 – Apply Offline for Project Manager, Engineers & IT Posts
Telecommunications Consultants India Limited (TCIL), a Government of India Enterprise under the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology, has released an official notification Advt. No. TCIL/ITT1/320/2025 dated 24 December 2025 for recruitment of qualified and experienced professionals on a contract basis for the Bihar State Wide Area Network Version 3.0 (BSWAN 3.0) project.
The engagement will be for Bihar State Electronics Development Corporation (BSEDC). Interested and eligible candidates must apply offline on or before 09 January 2026.

- PMP / PRINCE2 certification preferred

- Minimum 10 years experience
- Experience in SWAN, BharatNet, Smart City, SecLAN projects
- ITIL / ISO 20000 certification preferred
? Engineer L-3 (Network / System / Security)

- Certifications: CCNP, RHCSA, MCSE, CISA, CompTIA, OSCP (as applicable)
