3. Lead Analyst – Risk Control Unit (RCU)

Educational Qualification

• Graduate / Post Graduate in Forensic Sciences with minimum 50% marks
  OR
• Graduation with minimum 50% marks plus:
  • CFE (Certified Fraud Examiner) / CFPS
  • ICA Certificate in Crime Prevention

Experience

• Minimum 2 years experience in Risk Control Unit (RCU) in Bank / NBFC

Terms of Employment

• Scale of Appointment: Scale I / II (as decided by Bank Management)
• Probation Period: 1 Year
• Service Agreement: Not Applicable
• Posting: Anywhere in India (transferable)

• Preparation and appraisal of credit proposals
• Financial statement and income analysis
• Risk underwriting as per bank norms
• Post-sanction monitoring and portfolio management

Technical Manager / Regional Technical Manager

• Property technical evaluation and vendor management
• Project approvals and site inspections
• Fraud identification and reporting
• Coordination with legal teams and market intelligence

Lead Analyst – Risk Control Unit

• Fraud risk assessment across markets
• Data-driven transaction analysis
• Regulatory coordination
• Staff training on fraud prevention and emerging risks

Salary Details

• Pay Scale: IBA approved Scale I / II salary
• Includes DA, HRA, Special Allowance & other benefits
• Performance Linked Incentive applicable as per bank rules
