Contract Period & Engagement

• Contract Duration: 5 Years
• Termination Clause: One month’s notice or one month’s compensation from either side
• Transfer Policy: SBI reserves the right to transfer or depute officers anywhere in India or to SBI associates/subsidiaries

SBI AVP Educational Qualification (Mandatory)

• MBA / PGDM / PGDBM (HR / HRD / HRM)
• Degree must be from institutions recognized by AICTE / UGC / Government bodies

Preferred Certifications (Valid at Interview Date)

• HR Analytics
• SHRM-CP
• SHRM-SCP

Post-Qualification Experience

• Minimum 8 years of post-qualification experience
• Experience in HR / Training, preferably in:
  • IT Industry
  • IT Departments / BFSI Sector
• Teaching or training experience will NOT be counted

• Manpower planning & HR analytics
• End-to-end recruitment & onboarding
• Job description creation with departments
• Talent acquisition, headhunter coordination
• Skill gap analysis (AI / ML & emerging tech)
• Succession planning & workforce optimization
• Automation and digitization of HR processes

Job Profile – AVP (Learning & Development)

• Training Needs Assessment (TNA)
• Designing & implementing L&D frameworks
• Competency framework development
• LMS implementation & vendor coordination
• Employee engagement & R&R programs
• Upskilling & reskilling initiatives in IT domains

Selection Process

The selection will be based on:

1. Shortlisting
2. Interview (100 Marks)
3. CTC Negotiation (At Interview Stage)

• Prepared purely on interview marks
• Tie-breaker: Older candidate ranked higher

SBI AVP Salary / CTC Structure

• Maximum CTC: ?45 Lakhs per annum
• Pay Structure:
  • 80% Fixed Pay
  • 20% Variable Pay

Variable Pay Eligibility

• Minimum 90% performance score
• Linked to half-yearly performance appraisal

Annual Increment

• Up to 5% of CTC (from 2nd year onwards)
• Subject to performance score ? 90%

Leave & Benefits

• Leave: 30 days per financial year
• Other Perks: Not applicable
• Medical Fitness: Mandatory before engagement
