1. VP Wealth (SRM)
Educational Qualification
- Mandatory: Graduation
- Preferred: MBA (Finance/Marketing/Banking), NISM V-A/XXI-A, CFP, CFA
Experience
- Minimum 6 years in sales & marketing in Banks/Wealth Firms/AMCs
- Preferably in Relationship Manager roles.
Age Limit
- 26 to 42 years (Relaxation as per Govt. norms)
2. AVP Wealth (RM)
Educational Qualification
- Mandatory: Graduation
- Preferred: MBA (Finance/Marketing/Banking), NISM, CFP, CFA
Experience
- Minimum 3 years in sales/marketing OR
- SBI Wealth CREs with 4 years experience
Age Limit
- 23 to 35 years
3. Customer Relationship Executive (CRE)
Educational Qualification
- Graduation
Skills
- Valid two-wheeler driving licence
- Good communication skills
- Experience in documentation (preferred)

- Acquire & manage UHNI/HNI portfolios
- Cross-sell investment, insurance, and wealth products
- Increase AUM, TRV, CASA
- Conduct financial planning sessions & reviews
- Ensure full compliance (AMFI, NISM, IRDA)
AVP Wealth (RM)
- Acquire HNI/Affluent customers
- Sell wealth & insurance products
- Grow CASA, AUM, PPC
- Conduct risk profiling & review meetings
- Ensure 100% documentation & compliance
Customer Relationship Executive (CRE)
- Assist Relationship Managers in documentation
- Doorstep service to Wealth Clients
- Support onboarding & service requests
- Document collection & submission to departments
Selection Process
- Shortlisting based on qualification & experience
- Interview (100 marks)
- CTC Negotiation
- Final Merit List based on interview score only
