Essential Qualification SAIL Assistant Manager and Junior Engineer Associate Recruitment

Assistant Manager (Safety) BE/B.Tech (Full-time) in any branch. PG Degree/Diploma in Industrial Safety (1-year duration).
Jr. Engineering Associate (Boiler Operation) Matriculation with 3-year full-time Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Chemical Engineering.

18 to 30 years

Salary details SAIL Assistant Manager and Junior Engineer Associate Recruitment

Assistant Manager (Safety) E1 Rs. 50,000–1,60,000/-(After 1 year: Rs. 60,000–1,80,000)
Jr. Engineering Associate S3 Rs. 26,600–38,920/-

Selection Process SAIL Assistant Manager and Junior Engineer Associate Recruitment

  • For Assistant Manager (Safety): Online Test (CBT) followed by an Interview for shortlisted candidates. The final merit will be based on 80% weightage for CBT and 20% for the interview.
  • For Jr. Engineering Associate (Boiler Operation): Online Test (CBT) followed by a Qualifying Skill/Trade Test. The final selection will be based on the CBT score alone.
