? Educational Qualification

Candidates must possess the prescribed educational, technical, or professional qualifications as mentioned in Annexure-A of the notification on or before 29 January 2026.

?? Candidates awaiting final results are not eligible to apply.

? Age Limit & Relaxation (as on 01-01-2026)

• Minimum Age: 18 years
• Maximum Age: Varies by post (up to 40 years)

Age Relaxation:

• SC/ST: 5 years
• OBC (NCL): 3 years
• PwBD: Up to 15 years (category-wise)
• Ex-Servicemen: As per rules
• Widowed/Divorced Women: Up to 40 years

? Fee is refundable only if the candidate appears for CBT.

? Selection Process

The recruitment process includes:

1. Computer Based Test (CBT)
2. Translation Test (for applicable posts)
3. Document Verification (DV)
4. Medical Examination

? Negative marking: 1/3 mark deducted for each wrong answer.

???? Medical Standards

Candidates must meet the prescribed Railway Medical Standards such as B-1, C-1, or C-2, depending on the post.
No alternative appointment will be given if a candidate fails the medical test.

Applicants must be:

• Citizen of India
• OR subject of Nepal/Bhutan
• OR Tibetan refugee (before 01-01-1962)
• OR person of Indian origin with eligibility certificate
