Minimum marks required for the Minimum Educational Qualification:
- 50% for General/EWS candidates and reserved category candidates applying against unreserved posts.
- 45% for SC/ST/OBC(NCL)/PWD candidates applying against reserved posts.
Experience
- Candidates must have a minimum of 02 Years of Post Qualification work experience in the relevant domain/discipline.
- The period of training/internship/teaching/research fellowship will NOT be counted as a part of work experience.
RITES Senior Technical Assistant Recruitment 2025 Age Limit
- The Maximum Age Limit for the post of Senior Technical Assistant is 40 years.
- Relaxation in the upper age limit is provided for OBC (NCL)/SC/ST/PWD/Ex-SM/J&K Domicile candidates against reserved posts as per Government orders.
- PWD candidates are eligible for an age relaxation of 10 years in the upper age limit.
Salary details RITES Senior Technical Assistant Recruitment 2025
- Basic Pay (in INR. pm): 16,338
- Gross Monthly CTC (in INR.): 29,735
- Annual CTC in INR (Approx.): 3,56,819
- Remuneration mentioned above is only indicative. Actual remuneration shall depend upon place of posting and other terms & conditions of appointment
Selection Process RITES Senior Technical Assistant Recruitment 2025
The selection process is comprised of two phases:
Phase I: Written Test (100% Weightage)
- The test will have 125 objective-type questions carrying one mark each for a duration of 2.5 Hours.
- There will be NO negative marking.
- The minimum qualifying marks are 50% for UR/EWS and 45% for SC/ST/OBC (NCL)/PWD (against reserved posts).
- The syllabus includes Quantitative Aptitude, Data Interpretation, Logical Reasoning, and Basic Awareness/General Knowledge.
Phase II: Document Scrutiny
- Candidates will be provisionally shortlisted based on the written test result.
- RITES Ltd. will scrutinize the documents uploaded by the candidates during the online application. Candidates must upload all necessary documents substantiating their claims, as no additional information will be considered later.
