Management Trainee – HR 03

Age :Minimum age – 18 years

Maximum age 29 years

Pay scale :Rs.40,000-1,40,000/- per month

Management Trainee Qualification & experience :

Management Trainee – Law : Degree in Law (LLB) or 05 years Integrated LLB. Preference may be given to candidates having Company Secretary Qualification/Diploma in Corporate Laws.

Management Trainee – HR : MBA/Integrated MBA/ Post Graduate Degree or Diploma of minimum 02 years duration in HRM/ Personnel Management & Industrial Relations from a recognized University/Institute. Degree in Law (LLB) is desirable.

60% marks in aggregate for UR / OBC/EWS candidates and 50% for SC /ST / PwBD candidates against reserved positions.

Management Trainee Selection Process :

The Selection Process will be based on CBT/Interview/Medical Test/Documents Verification.

Application Fee : For SC/ST/PWBD/EXSM: Exempted

For others: Rs. 700/-
