Essential Qualification RCFL Officer and Management Trainee Recruitment

• Common Requirement for Engineering Posts:
  • All BE/B.Tech qualifications must be regular in relevant field, full-time from UGC/AICTE recognized University/Institution.
  • Minimum 60% aggregate in Final Year (55% for SC/ST where applicable).
• Common Requirement for MBA/PGDM Posts:
  • All MBA/PGDM/CA/CMA qualifications must be regular in relevant field, full-time from UGC/AICTE recognized University/Institution.
  • Minimum 60% aggregate in Final Year of PG Degree/Diploma (55% for SC/ST where applicable).
  • Experience is required Officer (Secretarial) E1/E2 Grade post.

Selection Process Officer and Management Trainee Recruitment

1. Online Test: Objective type test. Duration 90 minutes. Total 100 questions (50 discipline related, 50 Aptitude). Negative marking applies.
2. Personal Interview: Shortlisted candidates (ratio 1:7) based on online test.
3. Document Verification: Before interview.
4. Final Selection: Based on 80% weightage to Online Test and 20% to Personal Interview.
5. Pre-Employment Medical Exam: For selected candidates.
