The RCFL Apprentice Recruitment 2025 notification has been released for 325 posts across Graduate, Technician, and Trade Apprentice categories by Rashtriya Chemicals and Fertilizers Limited (RCF Ltd.). According to the official notification, there are 115 Graduate Apprentice posts, 114 Technician Apprentice posts, and 96 Trade Apprentice posts. Essential Qualification RCFL Apprentice Recruitment

Graduate Apprentice: Any Graduate such as B.Com, BBA, BA, B.Sc. (with specific subjects as per trade requirement).

Technician Apprentice: Diploma holders in the relevant engineering discipline (Chemical, Civil, Computer, Electrical, Instrumentation, Mechanical).

Trade Apprentice: Passed 12th / ITI or B.Sc. with Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics (specific to certain trades).

RCFL Apprentice Recruitment Age Limit 

Minimum Age: 18 years (as on 01.07.2025)

Maximum Age:

• General: 25 years
• OBC (NCL): 28 years
• SC/ST: 30 years

PwBD Candidates: Age relaxation up to 35 years.

Salary details RCFL Apprentice Recruitment

• Technician (Vocational) Apprentice Rs.7,000/-
• Technician Apprentice (Diploma) Rs.8,000/-

Selection Process RCFL Apprentice Recruitment

The selection process for RCFL Apprentice Recruitment 2025 is designed to ensure a fair and transparent shortlisting of candidates. No written exam will be conducted, and the recruitment will be based purely on merit and verification of documents. The detailed stages of the selection process are as follows:

• Merit List: A merit list will be prepared based on the marks secured in the prescribed essential qualification. Candidates with higher marks will be placed higher in the order of merit.
• Document Verification: Shortlisted candidates must present their original certificates, mark sheets, caste certificate (if applicable), Aadhaar, PAN, and other required documents for verification.
• Apprenticeship Portal Registration: Final selection will be subject to successful contract approval on the NATS portal (for Graduate & Technician Apprentices) or NAPS portal (for Trade Apprentices).
