Munitions India Limited has released a recruitment notification for Tenure Based CPW (Chemical Process Worker) posts at Ordnance Factory Itarsi. The factory is inviting offline applications from eligible candidates to fill 265 vacancies on a contract basis.

Educational Qualification

Candidates must possess:

• NAC (National Apprenticeship Certificate) issued by NCVT / NCVET.

Primary Trade

• AOCP (Attendant Operator Chemical Plant)

Feeder Trades

Candidates with NAC in the following trades can also apply:

• IMCP
• MMCP
• LACP
• PPO
• Fitter
• Machinist
• Turner
• Sheet Metal Worker
• Electrician
• Electronic Mechanic
• Boiler Attendant
• Mechanic Industrial Electronics
• Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Mechanic

Priority in Selection

1. AOCP Trade Apprentices from Ordnance Factories
2. AOCP Apprentices from Government/Private organizations with government affiliation
3. Candidates from feeder trades if required numbers are not available

Age Limit (as on 27 March 2026)

• Minimum Age: 18 Years
• Maximum Age: 40 Years

Age Relaxation

PWD candidates are not eligible for this post.

Salary / Remuneration

Selected candidates will receive:

• Basic Pay: ?19,900 per month
• Dearness Allowance (DA) as applicable
• HRA if company quarters are not provided
• Annual Increment: 3% on basic pay based on performance

Additional Benefits

• EPF contribution as per government rules
• Coverage under Employees Compensation Act, 1923
• Bonus as per Bonus Act, 1965 (if applicable)
