The Odisha Public Service Commission (OPSC) has officially released Advertisement No. 05 of 2025-26 for the Odisha Civil Services Examination (OCS) 2025. The examination fee will be refunded to candidates who appear in both papers of the Preliminary Examination.

Selection Process – OCS 2025

The selection will be conducted in three stages:

1. Preliminary Examination

• Objective type (MCQs)
• Two papers:
  • General Studies Paper-I
  • General Studies Paper-II
• Negative marking: 0.33 marks for each wrong answer

2. Main Examination

• Written Examination + Interview
• Total Marks: 2000 + 250 (Interview)

3. Personality Test / Interview

• 250 Marks
• No minimum qualifying marks
