Domain Expert job description:
Oil India Limited (OIL) has announced a new job notification for the 26Â Domain Expert Vacancies. Aspirants who have qualified in M.Sc, B.E/ B.Tech in Chemical, Instrumentation, and Electrical Engineering must utilize the chance of the OIL Recruitment 2024. Eligible Candidates can apply on or before the last date of 26th January 2024. Domain Expert Qualification & experience :
Production :Â 1. Must possess B.E. / B.Tech in any discipline from AICTE Approved College/Universities.
2. 15 years of experience in Production or Production support services in PSU Oil & Gas Exploration & Production Company.
3. Must possess the knowledge of OISD Standards, Guidelines, Recommended Practice, API standards, IS standards, NFPA standards, ASTM, ANSI standards etc..
4. Must possess good knowledge of Standards, Acts, Rules, and Regulations etc. related to Health, Safety and Environment.
5. Must possess good knowledge of elements of Safety Management System, Asset Integrity Management and Process Safety Management including HAZOP, QRA, HIRA, BBS, Safety Culture, MOC, SOP, Incident Investigation, Training & Competency, Emergency Response & Preparedness.
Drilling :Â 1. 15 years of experience in Drilling or Drilling support services in PSU Oil & Gas Exploration & Production Company.
2. Must possess the knowledge of OISD Standards, Guidelines, Recommended Practice, API standards, IS standards, NFPA standards, ASTM, ANSI standards etc..
3. Must possess good knowledge of Acts, Rules, and Regulations etc. related to Health, Safety and Environment.
4. Must possess experience and Expertise of interpretation and resolution of drilling related down hole complications including fishing.
5. Must possess good knowledge of elements of Safety Management System, Asset Integrity Management and Process Safety Management including HAZOP, QRA, HIRA, BBS, Safety Culture, MOC, SOP, Incident Investigation, Training & Competency, Emergency Response & Preparedness.
Electrical :Â 1. Must possess B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical from AICTE Approved College/Universities.
2. 15 years of experience in Electrical functions in PSU Oil & Gas Exploration & Production Company.
3. Must possess the knowledge of OISD Standards, Guidelines, Recommended Practice, API standards, IS standards, NFPA standards, ASTM, ANSI standards etc..
4. Must possess good knowledge of Acts, Rules, and Regulations etc. related to Health, Safety and Environment.
5. Must possess good knowledge of elements of Safety Management System, Asset Integrity Management and Process Safety Management including HAZOP, QRA, HIRA, BBS, Safety Culture, MOC, SOP, Incident Investigation, Training & Competency, Emergency Response & Preparedness.
Instrumentation :Â 1. Must possess B.E. / B.Tech in Instrumentation from AICTE Approved College/Universities.
2. 15 years of experience in Instrumentation functions in PSU Oil & Gas Exploration & Production Company.
3. Must possess the knowledge of OISD Standards, Guidelines, Recommended Practice, API standards, IS standards, NFPA standards, ASTM, ANSI standards etc..
4. Must possess good knowledge of Acts, Rules, and Regulations etc. related to Health, Safety and Environment.
5. Must possess good knowledge of elements of Safety Management System, Asset Integrity Management and Process Safety Management including HAZOP, QRA, HIRA, BBS, Safety Culture, MOC, SOP, Incident Investigation, Training & Competency, Emergency Response & Preparedness.
Chemical :Â 1. Must possess B.E. / B.Tech/ M.Sc in Chemical from AICTE Approved College/Universities.
2. 15 years of experience in Chemical functions in PSU Oil & Gas Exploration & Production Company.
3. Must possess the knowledge of OISD Standards, Guidelines, Recommended Practice, API standards, IS standards, NFPA standards, ASTM, ANSI standards etc.
4. Must possess good knowledge of Acts, Rules, and Regulations etc. related to Health, Safety and Environment.
5. Must possess good knowledge of elements of Safety Management System, Asset Integrity Management and Process Safety Management including HAZOP, QRA, HIRA, BBS, Safety Culture, MOC, SOP, Incident Investigation, Training & Competency, Emergency Response & Preparedness.
Fire, Safety & Environment :Â 1. Must possess B.E. / B.Tech. in Fire/ Fire & Safety from AICTE Approved College/Universities.
2. 15 years of experience in Fire & Safety functions in PSU Oil & Gas Exploration & Production Company.
3. Must possess the knowledge of OISD Standards, Guidelines, Recommended Practice, API standards, IS standards, NFPA standards, ASTM, ANSI standards etc.
4. Must possess good knowledge of Acts, Rules, and Regulations etc. related to Health, Safety and Environment.
5. Must possess good knowledge of elements of Safety Management System, Asset Integrity Management and Process Safety Management including HAZOP, QRA, HIRA, BBS, Safety Culture, MOC, SOP, Incident Investigation, Training & Competency, Emergency Response & Preparedness.
Pay Scale :Director and One level below Board-EDs Rs.10,000/- per day
Two levels below Board – CGM/GGMs/Professor or equivalent Rs.9,000/- per day
Three levels below Board -GMs/Associate Professors or equivalent Rs.9,000/- per day
Four levels below Board -DGMs / Assistant professor or equivalent Rs.8,000/- per day
Domain Expert Selection Process :
The Selection will be based on Interview.
