? 3. Key Roles & Responsibilities

The selected Civil Engineer will support construction and maintenance projects of NSIC and its subsidiaries, including:

• Verify GFC drawings and site conditions
• Cross-check BOQs with approved drawings
• Validate contractor documents and quality compliance
• Maintain site records and conduct material testing
• Monitor project progress and ensure contract compliance
• Process RA bills, claims, and rate analysis
• Conduct audits, labour compliance checks
• Inspect completed works and issue certificates
• Manage final bills, guarantee bonds, and project handover
• Address defects during the liability period
• Prepare indexed records for legal/arbitration needs

? Age Limit

• Candidate must be below 31 years as on the date of advertisement.

? NSIC Civil Engineer Salary 2025

• ?50,000 per month (consolidated)
  (Inclusive of PF and admissible benefits)
• 10% annual increment on successful completion of one year
• Performance will be reviewed periodically

? Place of Posting

• The posting will be New Delhi
• NSIC has All India transfer liability

• Initial tenure: 3 years
• Can be extended based on performance and organizational requirement
• Full-time engagement; no external assignments allowed
