Essential Qualification NPCIL Deputy Manager and JHT Recruitment

• Deputy Manager (HR): Graduation + full-time MBA/Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management/Industrial Relations.
• Deputy Manager (F&A): Graduation + CA/ICWA (Pass) or full-time MBA in Finance.
• Deputy Manager (C&M/M): Graduation in Engineering + full-time MBA (preferably in Materials Management).
• Deputy Manager (Legal): Full-time Law degree (Professional) with 60% marks + 3 years post-qualification experience.
• Junior Hindi Translator (JHT): Master’s Degree in Hindi/English or any subject with Hindi and English as main subjects, plus a translation diploma/experience.

Salary details NPCIL Deputy Manager and JHT Recruitment

• Deputy Manager Salary: Pay Level 10 Rs.56,100 – 1,77,500/-. The approximate monthly emoluments at the start are around Rs.79,662/-.
• JHT Salary: Pay Level 6 Rs.35,400 – 1,12,400/-. The approximate monthly emoluments at the start are around Rs.50,268/-.

Selection Process NPCIL Deputy Manager and JHT Recruitment

For Deputy Manager:

1. Stage I: Written/Online/OMR Test
2. Stage II: Personal Interview

For Junior Hindi Translator:

1. Stage I: Preliminary Test (Objective)
2. Stage II: Advanced Test (Descriptive)
3. Stage III: Skill Test (Computer Proficiency – Qualifying)

Candidates must score minimum qualifying marks in each stage. The final merit list for Deputy Managers is prepared with a 50:50 weightage for the written test and interview. For JHT, the merit is based on the Advanced Test marks.
