The Nuclear Power Corporation of India Limited (NPCIL) has released an official notification for 245 Trade Apprentice posts under the Apprentices Act, 1961. The recruitment is for the Rawatbhata Rajasthan Site, Kota. Eligible ITI candidates can apply online from 26 February 2026 to 18 March 2026.

Selection Process

Selection will be based on:

  1. Percentage of marks obtained in ITI
  2. Document Verification

Tie-Breaking Criteria:

  • Older candidate (earlier date of birth) preferred
  • If DOB same ? Higher marks in 10th (or 8th for Welder)

No written exam or interview.


Physical Fitness Standards

Candidates must:

  • Be free from infectious diseases
  • Be medically fit as per Apprentices Act, 1961
  • Minimum Height: 137 cm
  • Minimum Weight: 25.4 kg
  • Chest Expansion: Minimum 3.8 cm

Medical fitness certificate from Government Registered Medical Practitioner required at document verification.

  • Candidates already undergoing apprenticeship are not eligible.
  • No employment guarantee after completion.
